In all cases, RCP will take a forward-looking approach to identify strategic opportunities and threats within the life sciences and technology industries, and then provide hands-on support to portfolio company management to ensure that the business is positioned properly to capitalize on those opportunities. When necessary, RCP will proactively and aggressively redirect and/or expand the strategic objectives of its portfolio companies. Furthermore, RCP will provide valuable insight to the management teams of portfolio companies, enabling them to leverage the Investment Professional’s industry and financial relationships and expertise, fostering growth both organically and through acquisition.
RCP’s special situations fund looks to invest $500k-$2MIL in core positions predominantly in public, micro and small cap life sciences and technology companies that have the potential for a 2-3x return over an 18-36 month period.
